Vendetta X - The Cult
Super blessed to have been brought onto this project in February of 2023. Directed by Juan Azulay, I built this flower arch in a Holliday Inn Express conference room in one evening. When we arrived at the Trona Pinnacles circa 5:00am the next morning, the ground was too frozen to dig the flower arch in as originally designed, so I had to completely redesign the entire functionality of the piece on the spot. The flower arch appears at 3:01 in the video. Awesome project.
NRCity - Proof of Concept
This was my first Art Department job. Huge thanks to Juan Azulay for trusting me and bringing me on. During this project, I picked up, dropped off, and wrangled six 10’ X 10’ flats over the course of 4 days. Safety first with those puppies, they are huge and hard to transport. Painted them to look like interior Manhattan apartment concrete walls. Set them upright with Jacks in the studio. Rigged a hanging mirror from some fly bars. Rigged some decorative lights and lamps. Installed hinges and a door in one windowed flat. Coordinated safety of crew during the setting and striking of all art rigs and flats in a very tight studio space. Amazing project.
